Prior to joining Invitation Homes, Ms. Suliman was Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Hilton Worldwide, where she held escalating roles beginning in 1997. From 1991 to 1996, Ms. Suliman held various positions with AMR, the parent company for American Airlines, and worked in hotel management. She currently serves as chair of the digital advisory council for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
From 2006 to 2012, he served at Trammell Crow Company, the commercial real estate development subsidiary of CBRE, where he focused on industrial, office and retail opportunities. Before beginning his real estate career, Mr. Lobner served as a nuclear submarine officer in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2005. The Wall Street Journal described Invitation Homes as competing "at the high end of the rental market". Tenants are typically in their late-30s with children and household income of approximately $100,000. Now during the holidays of all times, they said we were in violation of parking. I sent pictures of almost every other house through the neighborhood who is parked on the side of the road in the grass. After speaking to these neighbors, none of them has gotten a notice or a fee.
It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews. We also ensure all reviews are published without moderation. I lived in one of their homes for six years and thought they were great.

From 2010 to 2014, Ms. Norrell provided accounting and project management consulting services to several real estate owners and operators. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Finance at CW Financial Services and held accounting and related positions at Olympus Real Estate Partners, WMC Management Company, and Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Norrell is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. John M. Gibson was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Invitation Homes in March 2021. He has previously served as the Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management, for Invitation Homes since February 2019. He joined Invitation Homes in December 2016 as Senior Vice President, Asset Management.
Ernest M. Freedman has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Invitation Homes since October 2015. Mr. Freedman previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Freedman joined Aimco in 2007 as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and served as Senior Vice President of Finance from February 2009 to November 2009, where he was responsible for financial planning, tax, accounting and related areas. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Freedman served as Chief Financial Officer of HEI Hotels and Resorts.
When they sent the invoice (which I had to withdraw from my 401k to pay because they don't offer payment plans and my husband was out of work for 4 months), it didn't say how to pay. I tried emailing and calling my case assistant Jazmine Fuentes for over a month asking how I pay my bill. She didn't respond for over a month, not until after my account was sent to collections. Her negligence of responsibilities put a huge dent on our credit.
